TEAM Evidence

This is a comprehensive list of evidence for Traditional Chinese and East Asian Medicine (TEAM) techniques in pregnancy and childbirth: Aiding women and their families, and the health professionals they collaborate with to easily source and understand the available evidence. We hope this list can help you to make informed decisions whether you are the birthing family or the health professional caring from them.

TEAM techniques include:

Acupuncture, Acuneedling (needling by a midwife), acupressure, moxibustion, cupping, tui na and gua sha.

Under each heading, there is a document exploring the evidence and includes systematic reviews, randomised controlled trials, observations studies, and case reports.
